Who I Help

If this sounds like you, you’re in the right place

You’re doing “all the right things” and still feel run-down. These are the kinds of experiences the women I coach come in with. I help women who suffer from PCOS, insulin resistance, diabetes, and thyroid dysregulation.

๐Ÿ”‹

Exhaustion that rest doesn’t fix

Wired-but-tired, dragging through the day, and an afternoon crash that feels impossible to push past.

๐Ÿ”„

PCOS & insulin resistance

Living with a PCOS or insulin-resistance picture and wanting to understand what’s actually driving how you feel.

โš–๏ธ

Unexplained weight changes

Weight that won’t budge, or that crept on, despite eating well and staying active.

๐ŸŒ™

Irregular cycles & PMS

Unpredictable cycles, rough PMS, and symptoms that seem to run the show month after month.

๐Ÿง

Stress that won’t switch off

A nervous system stuck in “go,” poor sleep, and a sense that you can never fully wind down.

๐Ÿงช

“Normal” labs, real symptoms

Bloodwork that reads fine on paper while your day-to-day experience tells a very different story.

Normal Labs But Still Symptomatic?

“Normal” isn’t always the same as “optimal”

It’s a frustrating place to be: you know something is off, but every result comes back “within range.” Here’s some context that may help you make sense of it, so you can bring better questions to your own healthcare provider.

  • Standard lab ranges are population-based averages, not a personalized picture of what’s optimal for you.
  • Hormones naturally fluctuate across your cycle, your day, and your life stage, so a single snapshot rarely tells the whole story.
  • How you feel and function can shift long before anything crosses a diagnostic threshold.

Coaching is where we connect those dots, using education, lifestyle strategy, and accountability to help you understand your body and advocate for yourself.

What coaching is, and isn’t

Coaching is: education, lifestyle and habit support, accountability, and help advocating for yourself with your medical team.

Coaching is not: diagnosing conditions, prescribing medication, or replacing your physician. We work alongside your healthcare provider, never instead of them.

About Me

I’ve been the person doing everything “right” and still struggling

As a Registered Nurse, Exercise Physiologist, and former ICU nurse, I know firsthand how resilient and fragile the human body can be. For years, I did everything “right”: working high-stress shifts, training hard, and eating clean. Yet, that constant drive for performance eventually led me to develop PCOS and Graves’ disease.

That experience completely changed my approach to health. I realized true wellness isn’t about control or productivity; it’s about nervous system regulation and hormonal balance.

Today, I help women understand what’s happening beneath the surface. Through small, evidence-based shifts in blood sugar, stress physiology, sleep, and strength, I’ll help you feel steady, strong, and metabolically supported without the extremes.

How I Can Help

A well-rounded approach: clinical insight meets daily life

Lasting change rarely comes from one lever. We look at the whole picture and build a plan that fits your real life.

๐Ÿฉบ

Clinical lens

Learn what your lab markers measure, walk into appointments with sharper questions, and build evidence-informed, lifestyle-first habits, alongside your health care provider, not around them.

๐ŸŒฟ

Lifestyle foundations

Sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, and mental well-being: the daily inputs that shape how your hormones and metabolism actually behave.

๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ

Nervous-system regulation

Practical ways to help your body shift out of constant “go” mode, because calm and capacity are built, not forced.

๐Ÿ“ˆ

Accountability & advocacy

Regular check-ins to keep you moving, plus support preparing for appointments so you can advocate for yourself with confidence.
